Our CEO, Justin T Graham-Frazier, has been an independent music contractor for over 15 years. He has performed in many genres and for many different types of events from very small quaint weddings to celebrity gigs in big cities. Over the years he has observed events and has seen both successful and unsuccessful events. He has come to learn what processes to put in place to ensure that events go as smoothly as possible, thinking of things most people never consider when planning events.

Composer/arranger, director, teacher, actor, vocal coach, musical prodigy in all things instruments, Justin is just gifted. Music was his first language and his greatest passion in every way! Having operated in more capacities of musical performance and creation than most, his well-roundedness qualifies him to manage every capacity of a business such as this in excellence. With over ten years in retail management, facing and overcoming some of the toughest business hardships and producing legendary results, he certainly has proven to be an expert in all things business. Being severely passionate about both business and music, he joins the two with this exciting venture. There is no way to speak about him only, he must be experienced.
